Ysabel Neena

CEO, Founder, and Strategist
Ysabel Neena is the driving force behind Streamline & Design. She gained her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Her dedication to quality and innovation is the driving force behind her success.
Ysabel discovered graphics design when she was in secondary school. What began as a hobby quickly blossomed into a deep-seated passion for design. Through countless hours of self-taught practice, including creating t-shirt designs and enhancing personal photos, Ysabel honed her skills and developed a keen eye for aesthetics.
While pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Ysabel continued to nurture her love for design. The rigorous academic training provided her with a strong foundation in process optimization and project management, which seamlessly complemented her creative pursuits. This unique blend of skills laid the groundwork for what eventually became Streamline & Design.
Outside of work, Ysabel leads a vibrant and adventurous life. She loves traveling and has a lifelong dream of exploring different countries and experiencing diverse cultures. Her travels inspire much of her creative work, infusing her designs with a global perspective. The beach holds a special place in Ysabel's heart, providing a serene escape where she can unwind and find inspiration. Recently, she has started a new hobby: freediving. This exciting and challenging activity allows her to connect with nature and push her limits, reflecting her adventurous spirit and drive for personal growth. Ysabel is also a dog lover and shares her life with her good boy, Rikki, and her favorite girl, Summer.
John Paul

Managing Director and Project Manager
John Paul Bundoc is the Managing Director at Streamline and Design. With a solid background in team management, he helps make sure projects get done right on time, and with style. He believes in working smart, staying creative, and building real connections with clients and the team.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find him on the basketball court or gaming with friends. John Paul brings the same energy and focus from his hobbies into his leadership proving that passion and discipline can go hand in hand.

Ana loves finding the balance between creativity and organization, whether it’s coming up with fresh ideas or keeping things on track. She enjoys tasks that let her mix imagination with structure (and secretly loves a well-organized checklist). When she’s not working, you’ll find her traveling to new places or curled up with a good book.

Janica is a firm believer in sharing knowledge and connecting with the goodness in others, which fuels her desire for personal growth. She also has a heart for cooking for her loved ones and enjoys watching movies in her free time.
